80 Mile Beach was absolutely covered in shells. They coated the shoreline at one end of the beach. So many different types and colours.
There were so many different shells the caravan park sold a sheet showing the picture and names of the shells most commonly found. We had never seen a beach quite like it. We spent part of the evening searching for shells and finding some beautiful examples.
