The Pilbara generally and Dampier more specifically were home to Red Dog. An animal immortalised on the silver screen.
We spent the day following the Red Dog trail, using it to explore Dampier and stopping at the Ngajarli National Park to see the Indigenous rock carvings before swimming at the very beautiful Hearson’s Cove.
The Red Dog trail was a cool way to explore another lovely part of Western Australia. Now we need to see the movies!
