With the wind having eased, we decided to try the last of the Cape Range snorkelling spots after we’d vacated our site. Lakeside did not disappoint.
It didn’t have a roaring current, it didn’t have rocks to navigate on entry, there was plenty of coral and fish and it didn’t have the wind. It was the pick of our snorkelling experiences. We were able to explore the coral, see the fish and enjoy ourselves.
For our time at Cape Range, Lakeside was the pick of our snorkelling days.
Hannah, you must have turned into a fish by now, with all the swimming and snorkelling!
Hannah never seems to get sick of the water. She is in at every opportunity. Was complaining yesterday about why we couldn’t snorkel (because it had massive swell and strong winds)…
