We’d seen signs and heard warnings about Emus in Exmouth. In the whole time we’d been there seen only a trio crossing the road at the edge of town. Today though Christian was greeted to an adult pair slowly lumbering through the caravan park.
The emus hardly seemed concerned. Christian made a quick trip to get everyone else and we spent a few amazed minutes observing these very large birds going about their business up close. Well, as close as we dared to get.
