Just south of town on the Coastal side of the National Park are the Blue Holes. Deep blue holes just off the beach.

They are great snorkelling spots and from the beach we could see why. We stopped in to see just how dangerous they were given the current wind and swell combination. Too dangerous for us, no snorkel is worth the rock and coral smashing risk faced here for the next few days.

On our stop we met a family travelling the West Coast all the way from Singapore. We are always up for a chat, and this was one of the more interesting chats.
