Arriving at Duke of Orleans Bay, today seemed all about the weather. It was predicted to be stonkingly hot 37 degrees.
But the fun didn’t end there. Our weather watching continued when the mercury went up to 43 degrees (according to the car). Awning goes out. We knew a cool change was coming and it came with winds. The wind spun 90 degrees and was increasing fast. We kept the awning out. Then the thunder rumbled and the winds picked up. Awning comes back in.
Then the temperature plumets. Not worries about the heat, jumpers were required to get to the showers. Stupid weather.
