It turns out that this part of the Yorke Peninsular is less exciting than we’d realised. It gave us a free day we used to finalise our itinerary.
We are now fully booked, all the way from Ardrossan to Richmond. Where to from there (Mackay or Townsville) is still up in the air. It was sad to know just how close to the end we are. But as we planned and booked our way home we found an extra two nights.
They were quickly put to use, giving us an extra stop along the Finke River.
