Chosen instead of whining or whinging. A good reflection of how our fitness for a decent walk has deteriorated in the last few months. With a focus on school and trip preparation, long walks have been few and far between. During our first effort in Bowen the kids felt it; hot, bothered, tired and complaining.
They were unfit, their fitness had gone missing.
