During another long driving day (~460km) without air-conditioning we got absolutely baked. It was the hottest day of our trip so far. No amount of windows down and fan power was going to make us comfortable.
It was unpleasant to say the least. Red faces, bodies stuck to leather seats, an unfortunate sun angle and a monotonous landscape left us all feeling rather baked and beaten. Bring on Mount Isa and some air-conditioning repairs.
