Exmouth was home to a small aquarium, showcasing some of the fish and underwater life that can be seen on Ningaloo Reef.
We paid it a visit in anticipation of our snorkelling adventure. It was interesting, getting to know what we might see in the water over the coming days. It also told the story of the area. This was particularly interesting given the US Navy effectively building the town to service its vital communications infrastructure.
