After such a great day at One Arm Point we decided to visit another Aboriginal Community, Lombadina.
Similar to One Arm Point, Lombadina also welcomes day visitors. The main attraction there is a pristine white sand beach. It’s a much smaller community, but they have a small art gallery and studio to visit.
This beach was stunning. It was longer, wider and whiter than One Arm Point. It also required a sand dune crossing adventure to reach. Visiting on a Monday meant we had the entire beach, stretching as far as you could see in both directions to ourselves for hours. We had to share for the last hour or so with another visitor, but with so much space it was hardly an imposition.
