Since departing Mackay in August, we hadn’t physically laid eye upon a single close friend. It was starting to hurt. Lucky for us Perth is the home of the Lyons!
Despite over five years apart, it felt like to yesterday we’d seen them. They were looking to escape Townsville at the same time as us. They went West, while we went East. We’d stopped by the night before and enjoyed ourselves (as expected) so made some more plans for today, a Scarborough Beach sunset.
