On the other side of Mount Remarkable National Park was the Narrows Track. Despite being nearly an hours drive to get there, it was on our list.

We loved everything about this walk. It was only short, about 2km but took you through the beautiful and fragrant bush, down to the creek bed. Walking along the creek bed, the shale and granite walls grew before eventually becoming a gorge. We hadn’t walked a good gorge for a while and this was a pretty one.

Eventually the gorge narrows (hence the name) and it’s almost possible to touch both walls at once.  It was nice to be walking these kinds of trails again.
