We went for a drive north towards the more remote beaches. Not the prettiest, but one did have some incredibly rare shingles.
At one small spot there was a section of shingle rock, piled by nature when sea levels were higher. It’s a very short section, now well back from the beach. We had read about it and wanted to see it. We found it by accident, the only formation like this in Australia.
