Get your mind out of the toilet. It’s a type of tree and a very, very spectacular one when it gets over 400 years old.
We visited the Giant Tingle Tree after doing the Walk of the Giants the day before. The Giant Tingle is just magic, it is absolutely huge, with a 20m girth at the based. It had been completely hollowed out. It starts with a fungal attack and when a bush fire comes through, the attacked parts burn leaving healthy tree behind. When we all saw it, it was just wow.
